Meet your teachers

Hello! My name is Ms. Brooks and I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! What an honour it is to be apart of such a unique and exciting time as we open White Pine P.S. together.

This is my ninth year of teaching. I have a passion for reading (I'm a huge Harry Potter fan!) and visual art and love seeing my students' confidence grow. I am a life-long learner committed to creating an inclusive school environment. We celebrate diversity! 

My favourite colour is purple and I love to work on craft projects for my home and our classroom. I enjoy camping every summer and reading a few good books on the sandy beach. I love to bake and cook. I have a passion for organizing and labeling! 

I am so excited for the many wonderful experiences and opportunities we will have together in our school this year. I can't wait to get to know each of our classmates and watch them flourish in grade three and four!
