La classe de Mme Cardy

Welcome to Mme Cardy's Grade 7/8 Class Website.

I am looking forward to an exciting year full of learning opportunities for all!

Please make yourself comfortable with our class website. I will be using this website in conjunction with Google Suite for communication, assignments and as a calendar throughout the year. Our class will be participating in the Green Education program this year and it is my hope to start us off by using as little paper as possible for anything that we can do electronically (communication home, assignments, extra resources).

All students will be using their Google Drive for assignments, group projects, portfolios, and everyday work. This is a Google Account created by TVDSB and is to be used for school purposes only. Student may have other accounts created with parent consent, however our gotvdsb accounts are monitored by our board.

Assignments will be posted to Google Classroom, where students will also receive grades and feedback. As a parent, you can receive updates on deadlines, however you and your child will have to sit together in order to see the assessment feedback piece.

I will be sending out email notifications for you to join our Google Classroom.
