Friday, February 14, 2025 is the Deadline to complete online course selection in myBlueprint (TVDSB).

• There are no required documents to hand in to South. 

Current Grade 8 TVDSB Students OUT-of-AREA

Friday, February 14, 2025 is the Deadline to complete online course selection in myBlueprint (TVDSB) and 

submit the Out-of-Area Exemption Request Form to SOUTH GUIDANCE (below)

• There is one required document to hand in 

Current Grade 8 NON-TVDSB Students 

Friday, February 14, 2025 is the Deadline to submit the following documents to SOUTH GUIDANCE

The Non-TVDSB Grade 9 Student Registration Package includes the following

1. TVDSB Student Registration Form 

2. Consent Form (Only if you are coming from a Non-TVDSB school)  

3. Out-of-Area Exemption Request Form (If applicable)

4. Course Selection Sheet

5. One of 

   • Proof of Birth (Canadian Birth Certificate or Canadian Passport) OR

   • Proof of Citizenship (Canadian Immigration papers, Permanent Residence Card) OR

   • Letter from TVDSB Finance Dept. confirming non-resident fees have been submitted

6. Proof of Residence (utility bill, property tax, mortgage/lease, home phone/cable/internet bill) 

7. Credit Counselling Summary, Student Status Sheet,  Transcript, or report cards.

8. Copy of IEP (Individual Education Plan), if applicable

9. Copy of any legal court or custody agreements.
