• Can I register for 2025-2026 at London Central S.S. if I am an out-of-area student?

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will open after December 3rd, 2024 for those who live out-of-area. The registration deadline will be on Friday, February 14th, 2025 at 12:00pm.

• What courses can I take at Central?

• Can we take a tour of the school at London Central? 

Our Grade 8 Family Night was on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 at 6:30pm. Unfortunately, school tours are unavailable throughout the school year. To view a virtual walkthrough of our school, please click here.

• What is the school schedule at London Central?

London Central will operate on a semestered timetable where students will take up to (4) courses in one semester. They will take these four courses daily until the end of January. In February, they will begin up to (4) new courses until June.

• What extracurricular activities are available at London Central?

London Central offers a wide range of student activities including sports, clubs and student organizations. Our students are always creating new and exciting extracurricular opportunities. Currently living out of province/country?

If you are a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident with Parent/Legal Guardian who is NOT residing in Ontario or an International or Non-Canadian Citizen or non-Permanent Resident

You will need to register with our International Welcome Centre, One World. They can be reached at 519-452-2117 or oneworld@tvdsb.ca before seeking registration at London Central Secondary School (Please note that English as a Second Language programming is not available at London Central).

 Required Paperwork for One World:

• proof of residence: current utility bill, lease agreement, agreement of purchase and sale, property tax bill, home phone, cable, internet bill (driver’s license is NOT acceptable for audit purposes) and lives within the London Central boundary qualifying as an in area registrant

• proof of birth (birth certificate, passport) and permanent resident card if applicable

• official transcript from previous school (translated into English if necessary) that clearly indicates courses achieved and student's attendance status (full-time or part-time)

Transportation

For out of area students, bussing to and from the school is not provided.  Transportation is a parent responsibility.

How many courses do I need to take at London Central?

Grades 9, 10 and 11 students - 8 (or 8.5) courses (regardless of summer school, online or night school course completion)  

Grade 12 and Year 5 students - enough courses to ensure graduation

How do I find out more about course selection for 2025-2026?

Course selection assemblies are offered in January of 2025. Please click on the following links for the archived information for students entering 2025-2026 (please note: this information could change from year-to-year).

How do I select courses for 2025-2026?

Current students will select courses using myBlueprint.ca/tvdsb. Course Selections are due on Friday, February 21st, 2025.

When and where are course selection sheets due?

Verified course selection forms are sent to parent(s)/guardian(s) electronically through MyBlueprint.ca/tvdsb during the Course Selection process. These are due Friday, February 21st, 2025.
