Transcript Requests

Graduated or retired students may request copies of their official student transcript through the Thames Valley District School Board Records Centre. 

Graduates will receive one copy of their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) at the annual Commencement ceremony.

Current students are asked to request transcripts through the Gudiance Office.
