Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH): supports the delivery of outreach and services to individuals experiencing homelessness and diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Over 500 providers are involved with the PATH Program nationally. In North Dakota, the Behavioral Health Division within the North Dakota Department of Human Services administers the PATH program with services provided by the regional human service centers. Northland Resue Mission: An emergency shelter empowering people experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or food insecurity to live more stable lives who serves homeless men, women, and families. Clients are provided with shelter, meals, clothing, essential items, spiritual support, and case management. This is delivered in a safe environment, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
