Mrs. Regan
Hello Warrior family! My name is Mrs. Regan and I am so excited to start my journey at Spaulding Elementary for the 2023-24 school year as your School Counselor. I graduated from University of Cincinnati with my K-3 teaching license as well as my Masters in School Counseling. I grew up in the Cincinnati area. I love playing sports, being outside, and spending time with my friends and family. Let's have an awesome school year together!

COunseling mission statement
The mission statement of the Spaulding Elementary School Counseling department is to provide all students access to a comprehensive school counseling program that advocates for the academic, social-emotional, and career needs of each student while providing equitable opportunities for each student to learn and grow in order to perform at their highest level.
COunseling vision statement
The vision of the Spaulding Elementary School counseling program is to provide a safe and caring environment which will empower each student to reach their full potential. All students at Spaulding will receive data-driven programming that will encourage them to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, and problem solvers.
