A Parent's Guide to Google Classroom

What is Google Classroom?

Google Classroom is the central hub for your student's assignments and materials. Teachers can post information, announcements, videos, and other things to enhance learning, and students can submit work of a variety of forms.

Google Classroom works on any device with an internet connection - but the smart phone app is especially great! Download Google Classroom from the App Store to help your child submit pictures and videos of their work.

Getting Started

Your child accesses Google Classroom with their SA email account and password. If your child is in grades K-2, that information is new! When you sign in for the first time, you will need to accept the terms and conditions and then set up a new password for your child's account.
