School Year Rates

Preschool Day: $32 per child/per day

Full Day: $35 per child/per day

Inclement Weather Rates:

If you are registered for any of these options, you will automatically be charged whether your child attends or not.

$30 per day for Inclement Weather All-Day Care

$28 per day for an Early release Day

$28 per day for a 2-hour delay 

Drop-In Rates:

If you need drop-in care, you MUST contact staff at least 24hrs prior to needing care!

 Drop ins are for registered families only.

Preschool Day: $38

Full Day: $40

Payments:

Payments are due bi-weekly!

Every day your payment is late, a $2.00 late fee will be charged to your account until we receive your payment! 

Ways of Making A Payment:

1. Automatic Withdraw via Checking Account, Savings Account, or Credit Card

2. Cash or Check 

3. Online Payment via the following website:

You must be registered with Wildcat Care and provide a valid email to pay online.

You will NOT be able to make WCC payments online via rSchool.
