Calendars

Communication is key!

Calendars are to be filled out monthly. Calendars are due the 20th of every month! 

This helps us with staffing and planning events and field trips. We understand schedules do change. Please inform our staff as soon as you know of a schedule change. You must notify staff of a schedule change 2 weeks in advance to either not be charged or to receive a credit on your account. 

Please keep a copy of your calendar so we are all on the same page.
