Spring 2023 Strength Camp

Designed as an introduction to weight and strength training for current 6th-8th graders.  For our 2022 camp participants this will be a continuation of last year and a chance to make further gains.  This camp provides a foundation for future strength programs in high school and is built in partnership with Golden High School's coaching staff.  Kids who take part in this camp in the Spring make a difference on the field in the Fall!
