Welcome to Golden Youth Football.

We are a local organization offering children in the Golden, Colorado area the opportunity to learn and play the sport of football in an educational and competitive environment for over 50 years.  Our goal is to ensure that all kids have the opportunity to participate in the sport of football and gain valuable life lessons along the way.

Our organization emphasizes safety and sportsmanship above all, but rest assured we aim to compete as well.  Children in our programs will learn focus, determination, discipline, mental and physical toughness, teamwork, strength and athleticism.  Most importantly they will have fun doing it. 

GYF's relationship with USA Football has created a better, safer game for Golden's youth athletes. Coaches (Head and Assistant) are required to obtain a USA Football Certification which includes an on-line course for safer tackling and blocking techniques designed to remove the head from the game.   GYF has been a member of USA football since 2012 and are proud to continue our relationship.
