Weekly Wholesale Schedule

• On-boarded farmers can log into Local Food Connect to list availability for the coming week on Thursday as early in the morning as you want (It's set for 12:00AM).

• Availability must be entered before 9:00 am on Monday. Please let Sarah know If you will be late. 

• Add on Share Producers (bread, tempeh, mushrooms, microgreens, eggs, flowers, coffee, juice, etc.) will receive projections via email before Friday at 5pm and final numbers before Monday at 5pm.

• Availability must be entered before 9:00 am on Monday. Please let me know If you will be late. 

• Let me know if you have any product you need to prioritize moving. No promises can be made but we will do our best to accommodate any requests. 

• I will let you know GoFarm's order for the week via 2 emails between 4pm and 6pm on Mondays! They will be titled with the 2 drop-off locations, which are still South Golden and Downtown Golden.

Delivery window starts at 8am and goes until 11:30am. At least 1 crew member will be present at the location to greet and help you. 

During the summer season, food will be delivered to one or two of our locations, depending on our purchase for the week. Refer to your pick list to see what quantities of items go to which locations each week. Spring and Fall food will be delivered to just the Downtown Golden location. 

The two receiving locations for summer are:

• Downtown Golden: 614 10th St, Golden, CO 80401 | Google Map

  • Food going to this location will be used for our Downtown Golden Distribution, be put on the mobile market truck, and our pantry partners

• South Golden: 750 Warner Dr, Golden, CO 80401 | Google Map 

  • Food going to this location will be used for our Arvada distribution and our South Golden Distribution (This location was formerly called Centura Golden)
