Select the student and click Select Action.
If the status is To Be Confirmed, choose Do Not Confirm.

If the status is Testing, choose either Suspend or Terminate:
Use Suspend if the student might need to take the test later this term.
Use Terminate if you know the student will not need the test later this term. Caution: Terminate removes all responses and potentially blocks students from joining that test for the rest of the term.
Click Select Action > Test Again.
When the status changes to Awaiting Student, assign the correct test.
Have the student sign in again
Test status must be Testing in order to terminate. If suspended, select the student and click Select Action, then Test Again.
Once the status is Testing, select the student.
Click Select Action, choose Terminate.
Let your campus admin know that you had to terminate the test so that the student can be reset to test again.
The student's status must be Awaiting Student in order to appear. On your Proctor console, select an action depending on the Status:
Confirmed: Choose Select Action > Do Not Confirm (you will confirm again later)
Testing: Choose Select Action > Suspend
Once suspended, choose Select Action > Test Again
Suspended: Choose Select Action > Test Again
Ask the student to log in again, and then confirm as usual.
Reset the screen resolution with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + 0 (zero), then close and relaunch the testing app.
On a Chromebook, try Ctrl + to zoom in and Ctrl - to zoom out.
Accommodations cannot be assigned until a test has been assigned to your students.
To assign a test:
Click Select Status > All > Assign Test. Select the appropriate test for your students.
Typically, reports will appear overnight or 24 hours later.
No, once a session ends, it automatically suspends any tests left open. If you forget to end a session, it will close automatically after a few hours and suspend any tests that are open.
