Completing Training Requirements Prior to Start Date

These training are prerequisites to obtain computer and network access to DoD assets. 

Intra-DoD Transfers, DoD Reservists,  and Converting Contractors: 
If you still have access to your training record in TWMS, you may use an existing training certificate,  Verify your training was completed through TWMS and are the current version.  Download all of your completion certificates prior to separation and email the certificates to NIWC_PAC_NEO@US.NAVY.MIL no later than 1200 of your First day of New Employee Orientation.  (NIWC Pacific will not be able to access your training record in the timing required to create your IT accounts)

Please complete the two trainings below, download your completion certificates and email the certificates to NIWC_PAC_NEO@US.NAVY.MIL no later than 1200 of your First day of New Employee Orientation.
