Philosophy of Classroom Managment

I hope to promote positive reinforcement in my classroom and only resort to punishments when necessary. Setting a precedence for respect would be a priority within the first week of school and then I would work to develop that dynamic over time. As a young teacher, I know that classroom control is a main concern but I am confident it would be one of my strong suits.
