Philosophy

I believe my role is to show people that being healthy and active will help them live their lives better. I want to help people know how to take proper care of themselves, also. 

  Reflection:

 I want my students to know that this is for their future. Knowing how to live a healthy life can add years to their own life down the road.

Everyone Belongs; Everyone Improves!!! 

Reflection: 

In my PE classroom, every student should feel included, whether they have very low or very high skill levels. My four-word philosophy helps me reflect my goal to others. I want my students to achieve goals while watching their progress grow. When my students leave my class, I want them to know that they BELONG and they can always IMPROVE!

Growth Starts With Effort. 

Reflection: 

I chose “Growth starts with effort” because I believe students have to try in order to improve, no matter their skill level. If my students give effort, they can build confidence and grow both in and outside of physical education.
