Are you doing something innovative with technology and including all learners? This is your opportunity to share your experiences with other professionals!
Join our 3 Keynote Speakers (International gurus of SAMR, UDL and/or AT) in sharing with others the exciting work you are doing utilizing and integrating technology while including all learners. Special presenter registration fee available!

The following should form part of the proposal submission:
Abstract: A 300 – 500 word abstract (Including your bio, this should provide details for the reviewers about your proposed session, to be reviewed by the conference committee).
Summary: A brief 100 word summary which will be used in the conference program to describe your session. It should state the presentation scope and highlight concrete examples. It should accurately represent the presentation.
Proposal Form: Only those applications with fully completed forms will be considered. The form, abstract and summary must be submitted via the link below. We have a few more spots available for presentations if you're interested. If there is more than one presenter for your session, you must designate one person to be the leader, however, we must have contact information for each presenter.
Confirmation
Confirmation of acceptance of your presentation proposal will be emailed .
Confirmation of specific date, time and location of your presentation will be emailed to you prior to the conference in early September. It is expressly understood that the presentation may be scheduled at any time during the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Presenters will be expected to provide information in digitized format on their sessions prior to the conference. Any digital information (presentations, resources etc.) will be made available for posting to the conference information depot to share with conference participants. Once we have accepted your presentation proposal we will send you a Presenter Registration code for registering for the conference. This will apply the discount to your registration fee.
Presenter guide
Presenter or co-presenter sessions will be 45 minutes in length
Presenters will design presentations based on Universal Design principles.
Presenters will agree to be photographed
Presenters will share their presentation digitally prior to the conference to ensure accessibility by all conference participants
Interactive sessions are encouraged
Presenters chosen will be asked to help promote the conference through their website, blogs, and social media
Presenters are responsible for all travel and accommodations while attending the conference
CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:
Friday Night: Keynote Speakers at Atlantica Oak Island Resort and Conference Centre 6:30pm - 9pm
All Day Saturday (9am - 4pm) at Parkview Education Centre, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia including:
Keynote Panel and numerous SAMR/UDL &AT breakout sessions
Lunch provided
Evening reception with Ruben, Joy and Kirk
Conference registration fee: $310.00 Canadian
Presenter conference registration fee: $260.00 Canadian
