South Queens offers many extra-curricular activities. They are all designed to meet the needs of our students. Inter-school opportunities are also available.
***Students who participate in any form of extra-curricular activities will be expected to help in any fundraising activities initiated by our school.
Students participating in extra-curricular activities are expected to maintain acceptable academic and behavioral standing at our school. Students may be removed from the activity/team if these standards are not met.
Staff advisors will make every effort to support students in attaining the academic/behavioral support necessary to be successful. In order that student participation in chosen activities is not interrupted, students may be required to attend extra help sessions to strengthen their performance at school.
*Coaches/volunteers/drivers who are not teachers are to have the proper reference and RCMP checks before participating.
*All drivers must fill out proper documentation at the school to transport students in their vehicle.
