As per Section 88 of the Education Act, the Nova Scotia Education Common Services Bureau is responsible for the administration of pensions and benefits to eligible employees of participating education entities.

The NSECSB administers the following plans for non-teaching employees in Nova Scotia:

1) Pension Plan for the Non-Teaching Employees of the Nova Scotia Education Entities

2) Nova Scotia Education Common Service Bureau Member Employee Benefits Plan
