Have a Routine- Try to go to bed and get up at regular times, make your bed in the morning and have meals at regular times.
Stay Active- Inside or outside keep up your physical activity! Your physical and mental health are important!
Keep Your Brain Active- Reading is an excellent way to keep your brain active. So are playing board games, card games and making crafts.
Stay Connected- Physical distancing and isolation can make anyone feel lonely. Stay in touch through phone calls, texts, and through video chats ( if available).
Limit COVID-19 Intake- Check news stories a few days per week or once a day at the very most.
Stay Positive- Acknowledge the good things that happen each day!
