There are many things to do to help calm and strengthen our mind, whether that be from anxiety, lack of self esteem or negativity.

Journaling can be an easy and effective way to expel and sort through feelings and it can help your child feel better afterward. It can be like "venting" but on paper for when you feel stress or it can be used to help children have a more positive mindset like a gratitude journal


Affirmations can help challenge negative thoughts and instill confidence and self love.


Yoga- Cosmic Yoga is yoga for kids. There are many videos including Spiderman, Dinosaurs, Pokeman, Frozen etc

Meditation- Peace out is guided meditation for kids. Many kid friendly themes.
