• For Current Halifax West Students & Students that attended Halifax West between 2012 - Present

  • • MyTranscripts is available for Nova Scotia Students that are applying to Nova Scotia Universities and Colleges - see the 11 available schools on the My Transcript Site -

    • This is available to students that are currently enrolled or graduated in 2012 or later. Instead of sending a paper transcript, you will be asked to provide your Nova Scotia Provincial Student Number (PSN) on the application for admission to the Nova Scotia university or college of your choice. 

• • • Current Halifax West Students can request a physical copy of their transcript for schools outside of Nova Scotia by signing up in the Counselling Office at the West. 

    • Students that attended Halifax West between 2012 - June 2025 and require a transcript for schools outside of Nova Scotia, follow and complete STEPS 1 & 2 below. 

• For Former Students of 2011 or earlier please complete STEPS 1 & 2 below:
