Kids Help Phone (1-800-668-6868) is a free, anonymous and confidential phone and on-line professional counselling service for youth. Big or small concerns. 24/7. 365 days a year.

Mental Health and Addiction Services for children and youth are provided by Nova Scotia District Health Authority. Check NSHA Mental Health and Addictions page to see what services are available for children and youth in your area.

1-888-429-8167 (toll free): Telephone crisis support and mobile response is offered for work, home, school, and community agencies (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Sexual Health:

For more than 20 years, we have been providing confidential sexual health services, health education, and health promotion to youth 13-30 years of age. We are proud to provide this support without judgment, in a safe environment, complete with an expert staff and trained volunteers.
