Transcript Requests

FOR FORMER CPA STUDENTS

Transcripts are processed Tuesdays and Thursdays for former CPA students.

Please fill out the below linked form and pay the $5 transcript fee (linked in the form) to request your transcript.

FOR CURRENT CPA STUDENTS (When School is Open)

Transcripts requested when school is open will be processed on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.

Students sign up for transcripts in the transcript request binder located in the school counselling office (room 242), and either choose to receive a paper copy or have a copy emailed to you or the institution you are applying for.  Please make sure you request transcripts well in advance of specific post-secondary or scholarship deadlines.
