COVID 19 Information
Keeping Our School Community Safe
Our staff is dedicated to providing supports for students and their families during the Covid-19 pandemic. You can learn during this time through a number of ways. The most important matter to remember is your mental health, well-being and physical safety. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to support you. We are working as a school with our partners to continue in creating ways to support families outside of educational resources. WE CARE ABOUT YOU.
Local Food Support
For families who are unable to access food during the school closures, Feed Nova Scotia and local food support programs are here to help. Food banks and local food programs are open and safely supporting communities. 211 online is available 24/7 to provide more information and connect you to your nearest option.
If you are unable to access food support from a local food program, Feed Nova Scotia's COVID-19 Emergency Food Box Program is available. Call 211 weekdays between 8am and 8pm to see if the program is a good fit.
To reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19 in schools, students should not be in school if they feel unwell or are exhibiting new health symptoms such as fever or cough.
