Courses Offered

The following IB courses are currently offered at Cobequid Educational Centre. Students will choose one course from each group, and may substitute a second Science or a second course from Individuals and Societies in place of a Group 6 subject. Three courses must be taken at the Higher Level. (Politique mondiale SL in French must be taken to receive the IB Bilingual Diploma.)

Please note that students who do not wish to take the entire IB Diploma are able to take individual courses in IB (if space exists in that course) and sit for the IB exam in that subject at the end of grade 12. These courses will count towards the Nova Scotia graduation requirements.
