If you are Having Problems Logging into NSVS Moodle…
Some users will experience difficulty if they had never activated their NSPES Email accounts and/ or have never set an 8 character password.
If your current Email credentials do not get you into the NSVS Moodle, here are a couple of troubleshooting tips:
- Choose 'Google' on the NSVS login page. See pics below.
- Try adding @staff.ednet.ns.ca to your username with your current nspes/gnspes password. Some teachers may have two different accounts.
- Syncing your current password across all servers here: https://selfservice.gnspes.ca/cgi-bin/syncpassword.pl (This should sync your current password with the Ednet, NSPES/gNSPES servers. It may take a few minutes to take effect)
- Make sure you have an 8 character complex password: Users can reset their gnspes password here: https://selfservice.gnspes.ca/cgi-bin/password.pl
