How to Use the AVRCE Parent Navigator Online Calendar
Open the calendar in a new tab: Move your mouse to the top right corner of the calendar. Click the small box with an arrow.
Choose how you want to view the calendar: In the top right corner, pick WEEK, AGENDA, or MONTH. Choose the one that is easiest for you to read.
See more about an event: Click on any event to make the window bigger.
Read the full details: In the bottom left corner of the event window, click More Details to see everything about that event.

The Hants Health and Wellness Team offers free health and wellness programs in the community and supports people in managing their ongoing health conditions. They primarily serve adults 19 years and older in the Municipality of the District of West Hants.

HealthyNS Online Health and Wellness Programs HealthyNS provides free online health and wellness classes for residents of Nova Scotia! Most programs are for adults who are 18 years and older, but there are specific programs for youth. Classes are developed and facilitated by experienced health care professionals from either Nova Scotia Health or IWK Health.
To register for a class, you will need to provide your Nova Scotia health card number. Classes are held online using "Zoom for Healthcare". Learn more here: HealthyNS.ca
