Did you know we have MORE ways you can WALK this year!?
Did you know ALL funds raised on the South Shore, stay right here! That means that your fundraising efforts support the programs, and services at the South Shore Chapter of Autism Nova Scotia for your peers, friends, neighbours, family members and co-workers on the autism spectrum and their families in Lunenburg and Queens County.
Not able to walk in person? Do not worry! Walk in your own community, go for a bike ride or do it your way!
What is the Person Directed Planning Program?
The Person Directed Planning Program (PDPP) supports you to set goals and create a plan that reflects your values and dreams. You will work one-on-one with a facilitator who will help you break your goals down into manageable steps and navigate community resources.
PDPP is free and available in central and western regions. Anyone over the age of sixteen who identifies as having a disability, mental health concern, ADHD, or Autism is eligible.
