OrbitNote is a Chrome extension that allows you to interact with accessible PDF documents. We call it the Read&Write toolbar for PDFs. Using OrbitNote, you can use all of the same features as seen in the Read&Write toolbars, including being able to annotate directly on the document!

Instructions: Within your Google Drive click the setting cog wheel at the top -> choose "Settings" -> on the left hand side, select "Manage Apps" -> scroll down the list of app until you find OrbitNote -> click the box labelled "Use by default". You can turn this setting on and off as you need it.
