Registration Forms
Please include an updated email address when filling out your child(ren)s registration papers. We will be sending out electronic report cards this year. All custodial and medical information needs to be updated annually. Please sign the form (even if there are not updates) and return it to school with your student.
Consent for Publication of Student Personal Information and Student Work:
Please note this form cannot be altered. Be sure to check yes or no and sign before returning it to the school. This includes your student being featured in the yearbook.
Unexpected Early Dismissal:
Should the school unexpectedly need to close the alert system will communicate this to your cell phone an email that is on file. If arrangements for your student(s) are different than regular dismissals the school will need to know what plan is in place. Please look at the three options on the form and choose the one that best fits your family’s plan.

Cell Phone and Personal Devices in School and Bus
As you are aware, the province took steps to improve achievement and well-being of our students and the school climate by restricting access to cell phones and other personal mobile devices during the school day. If a student in grades PP–5 has a cell phone or personal device, it will need to be turn off for the entire school day, including non-instructional times and bus. If you need to get ahold of your child, please contact the office.
