GNIMS Library is a treasure house of Knowledge and Information. The institution has an independent library, established in 2002. Till-date, the library has over 25,000 Books on various aspects of Management. In addition, the library possesses around 100++ Indian & International Journals and a diverse collection of non-book material in the form of Video Cassettes, CD-ROMs and ProQuest Online Database.
The library provides a conducive environment to User's and it is equipped with all the modern facilities, including air-conditioned reading hall, Biometric Attendance System and CCTV Cameras for Security purpose. Library also have WI-FI System.

Q2. How do I become a member of the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre?
GNIMS Students, Faculty, and staff are bona-fide members and no other formality is required.
Q3. How do an Outsider become a member of the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre?
Outsiders can also use the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre with the written permission from the Director/Library Manager.
Q4. What are the issue/return timings in the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre?
Books can be issued any time during Working Hours.
The GNIMS Learning Resource Centre is working from Monday - Saturday 8.30 am to 7.00 pm.
Sunday - 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. Bank Holidays Library is closed.
Q5. How many books can I borrow and for how long?
A User can take four books at a time for seven days. Faculties can issue Ten - Thirty books for one month.
Q6. What if I don’t finish my book before it is due back at the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre?
A user can have a maximum of three renewals per Book, unless the book is reserved by another user.
Q7. What if I can’t find my book to return it or lose it?
Immediately inform the Circulation Counter that a book is lost and submit a written application for the same. The latest procurement cost will be intimated to you, to pay for the cost of the book.
Q8. Is there a fine for late return of books?
A fine of Rs.5/- per day will be charged for delayed return of books.
Q9. Where can I pay dues?
Dues can be paid in cash / Digital Payment, at the Circulation Counter.
Q10. Do I need to carry my library card while visiting the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre?
Users are required to carry their library cards / Digital Library Card and must produce the same as and when demanded by an authorized person.
Q11. What types of documents are kept in the Reference Collection?
References collection mainly contains, Encyclopedias, Handbooks, Dictionaries, Directories, Atlases, Audio, Video, CD-ROM, Question Papers and some rare collections.
Q12. Can we get the reference books issued?
Reference Books will not be issued and should be referred to in the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre only.
Reference Books are issued for overnight reference in case of emergency.
Q13. Are E-Resources accessible to all Members?
Yes, access to e-resources is provided to our students/researchers/staff well as external members.

Q14. How do I recommend books for the library collection?
Faculty, Students and staff can recommend books for purchase by the GNIMS Learning Resource Centre. Fill in the Requisition Form and submit to the circulation Counter. Requisition Form Link –
