Students in the sixth grade math course will be taught sixth grade standards. This course is fast-paced, and students will be held to a middle school standard in terms of work completion and class rigor. Students who perform well in the course may be able to go directly to seventh grade math upon arrival at middle school, although math placement is up to each individual middle school program.
