The Reflection 

When you record your service as action experiences in Managebac, you will also identify which of the seven service as action learning outcomes you will focus on developing. One reflection is due for each experience and project.

1. Before the activity, try to envision how the experience will allow you to grow in the outcome(s) you have identified.

2. During the activity, it is helpful to keep the outcome(s) in mind and try to notice your thoughts and feelings related to the outcome(s).

3. This will allow you reflect thoughtfully and meaningfully on your growth and/or challenges in the outcome(s) after the activity.
