Fresh from Our Garden” – A Green Initiative
On 29th April 2025, during the Investiture Ceremony, our young Sustainability Team members proudly hosted the very first “Fresh from Our Garden” sale for parents.
With great excitement and confidence, the students showcased their efforts by selling freshly harvested jackfruit, papaya, curry leaves, and money plant cuttings—all grown and nurtured in our school garden.
This initiative not only celebrated their hard work and commitment to sustainability but also inspired our community to value homegrown produce and green living. A truly meaningful step towards building environmentally conscious leaders of tomorrow!

As extension of our herbal garden initiative, the team has started to revamp the organic garden. The soil bed was created to sow seeds of different types like cherry tomatoes , Capsicum, bitter gourd, okra, bottle gourd, & carrot. Students of 6th- 9th grade had sown the seeds and will be monitoring the growth of the plants for the next couple of months. The delightful experience of gardening and acquiring sense of belongingness to mother Earth will help students to foster a sense of sustainability.
