EFFICIENT REPORTING OF FACILITY RECORDS
The platform is designed to connect with Open Supply Hub data and support interoperability with Open Supply Hub production location identifiers (OS IDs). Each manufacturing facility recorded in Upstream and Downstream can be cross-referenced with its OS ID — a free, globally recognised open identifier that links GCN's product-level data to publicly accessible facility records on an independent, open registry, helping support due diligence, human rights disclosure and supply chain transparency efforts.

As UNTP-aligned infrastructure matures across the industry, OS IDs are positioned to help different systems identify and reference the same production locations more consistently, supporting more efficient due diligence.
