To achieve success you first need to define it for yourself. - Jack Hanson
We learned so much throughout the interview process. One question that Mrs. Gates and Mrs. Gemmill asked was about how we defined success. All of our interviewers shared that we attributed our success to grades and that was disappointing. Determined to grow from our experiences, we listened to that feedback. Grades on tests and report cards is how we thought about success. Mrs. Gates has challenged us to reflect on what makes us a success not only in the classroom but in life. Check out our writing and quotes from our writing below.
