2023-24 Staff
Tamara Sanders, Media Specialist
Mrs. Sanders is a veteran of public education, having spent 29 years as a first grade teacher, gifted/talented teacher, library media specialist, technology trainer, and instructional technology specialist. In her third year as media specialist at Glenwood, she is also responsible for the school's website and is the Glenwood Yearbook adviser.
She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Columbus State University. She also earned a Master's Degree in Library Media from Auburn University.
Glenwood is fortunate to have students "on staff" as Library Aides. Their daily duties include shelving books, helping students locate books, and checking out books using Destiny. While not performing library tasks, staff members can be found designing the Glenwood yearbook!
