Learn about the history of the rainbow flag used as a symbol for the LGBT+ community. In school, we have looked at lots of stories about 'diversity' and how not all families are the same. What makes you unique? How can we treat people with respect? Can you tell your parents about some of the stories we've looked at?
Think about your family. Can you draw a picture of them all?
What could you do to show your parents/carers how much you appreciate them? Could you write a list of all the reasons you love them? An acrostic with their name? Do some chores? Make them a special card?
