Course Description & Information 

Supplies: 

• Sketchbook: 8x10" or 9x12" drawing paper, 50 sheets

• Pencils/pen

• USB Drive to store photos 

• Folder/Binder for handouts

• 32 GB SD card

Course Overview: 

Through the use of class instruction, demonstrations, group discussions and studio work, students will learn the basics of digital photography. Content will include the exploration of shutter speed, aperture, camera functions, photographic composition, and Photoshop editing. It is suggested that each student have access to the use of a personal cell phone and digital S.L.R. camera. Upon completion of this course, students will have a comprehensive online portfolio.
