Players must be willing to follow through with the responsibilities below:

• • Trust the process and your coaches' decisions.

  • Be at all practices.  Thursday/Sunday is our only day off.  We will practice on days we do not have school due to a holiday (Labor Day/Columbus Day).

  • Be committed to yourself, your teammates, and your coaches.

  • Be passionate.

  • Be positive and encouraging towards teammates.

  • Be willing to sacrifice for the better of the team.

  • Be willing to accept roles within your team.

  • Be able to put a good effort in during training and matches regardless of the circumstances.

  • Be able to communicate with your coach.

  • Refrain from communicating with opposing players, coaches, or parents.

  • Refrain from communicating with match officials.

  • Maintain your grades and be productive in the classroom.
