Arrive 10 minutes before bus departure time.
If you miss the bus, you do not compete.
We do not wait for VARSITY athletes.
Submit an email of interest to Coach Gaudreau and Coach Alexander. Please include why you want to be a captain, what leadership qualities you think you possess, and how you plan on helping your team. You should also get feedback from your event coach prior to applying for captain. Refer to Team Documents "Captains Self-Evaluation" as this document represents several qualities that we are looking for in a captain.
Email your event coach for preseason training info.
Make sure you have an updated physical.
Core work 4-5 days a week. Try to complete 5 different exercises each day.
Easy runs 3-4 days a week. Easy runs should be 20-30 minutes long.
Weight train 2-3 days a week.
Cross train 1-2 days a week: rowing machine, spin class, bike, yoga...
Strides should be completed at the end of EZ & long runs (4-6 strides).
