Updates on procedures will be coming.
If you are feeling symptoms do not come to practice.
To avoid paper forms all signup will be done online with Google docs – Physician signed Physical or G Form can be emailed. G Form and link to Google doc are posted on the Registration and Forms page.
Students will not change in locker rooms and will be asked to wear to school or wear their running gear under their school clothes if possible.
Please bring your own water bottle

There will not be a locker room - Recommend wear running clothes to school, or under your school Clothes
Masks at all times (except when running) social distancing must be used at all times
Its is required once your work out is complete to check back in with the coach for end of practice attendance
We will meet each day in the court yard outside the locker rooms
