3:45-4:30pm
Students meet in designated club rooms at the Grantsburg Middle School where they receive an after school snack, work on homework or reading and math skills. This time is supervised by school district staff. Mentors are invited to assist with tutoring during this time if they are available. Mentors may arrive between 3:45-4:30pm to extend the time with their student match. Student may use their electronic devices for homework purposes during this time. The purpose of this time is for each student to receive academic support.
4:30-6:00pm
Students choose which of the following activities they would like to do with their mentor. The purpose of this time is to build relationship with students. This time is all about the mentor and student. They can pick the same activities each week, try different ones, or bring their own activities. Mentors and students may stay on their own or join up with other mentors/students.
Activity Locations: Outdoors (On Campus, Commons, Hallways, Gym, Club Rooms)

6:00-6:30pm
Students eat a meal with their mentor in one of our club rooms.
Dismissal
Mentors wait at our pick-up zone for student's parents to arrive. Families may pre-arrange to have the school drop students off at home if they are unable to pick-up their student.
TRANSPORTATION
Student's are encouraged to be picked up at the school. If there is a need for home drop-offs, arrangements can be made. Mentors will be using personal and separate transportation to off campus events. Students will ride together in the school van.
