All Grantsburg High School employees have been trained in Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) . QPR certified staff are trained on "how to recognized the warnings signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help." - About QPR

Sign of Suicide (SOS) is an evidence based curriculum that is taught in Grantsburg High School's Health Course. The "Key Message of SOS is ACT."

Acknowledge that you are seeing signs of depression or suicide in yourself or a friend and that it is serious.

Let you friend know how much you Care about them and that you are concerned that they need help.

Tell a trusted adult that you are worried about yourself or a friend.
