GHS Graduates
In order to receive your Dollars for Scholars or Private Scholarships please review the documents below for directions of how to obtain your scholarships.
DFS Scholarship Recipients
In order to receive your Dollars for Scholars funds please complete and submit the following to Mrs. Lade-GHS School Counselor AFTER your first semester is completed.
Completed and Signed DFS Scholarship Funds Request Form (see below)
Proof of completed thank you notes for all scholarships (this can be completed anytime after graduation)
Transcript or proof of completion of a semester with a 2.0 GPA minimum
Proof of enrollment for the next semester
Stamped and addressed envelope to the College Payment Office

In order to receive your local scholarship funds please do the following:
Submit proof of thank you cards for all local scholarships to Mrs. Lade
Review, and submit the following necessary documents to your specific Scholarship Donor.
Please note this may be different for each individual scholarship.
