What is needed for practice:
Water Bottle
Running Shoes- they should be good for inside and outside workouts
Note: DO NOT WEAR SPIKES FOR PRACTICE!
Things to have in your gym locker- we run in all weather!
Long Sleeve Shirt
Short Sleeve Shirt
Shorts
Sweatpants
Kids will run outside if it's above freezing so layering is key! However, they will be working out so they will stay warm- it's the coaches that get coldest! ;)
Winter Hat or Headband
Thin Gloves
Simple/ cheap timing watch is useful! Link to Example
It should:
Tell the time
Have a timer
