Super Civics Students

These are some (of the many) students who deserve a shoutout for their outstanding efforts in Civics class. These students are fine representatives of leadership, respect, hard work, kindness, and citizenship.

• Some of them contribute by asking excellent questions that move learning forward for the whole class.
• Some are dependable because they bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic each day.
• Some are recognized because of their courage to think critically and defend their thoughts and ideas, even if they may stand along.
• Some demonstrate quiet leadership and try to blend in but constantly produce work that stands out.
• Some have matured and taken ownership of their education and deserve to be celebrated for their progress.

Regardless of which rationale fits each of these students, we can all agree that these students make Johnstown High School a better place!
