Comprehensive K-12 curriculum and free lessons on covering almost every area of digital citizenship including: Well-Being, Privacy & Security, Digital Footprint, Communication, Cyberbullying, and Media Balance.
Be Internet Awesome is a free online program that offers digital citizenship curriculums for students. The program is a collaboration between Google and the Internet Keep Safe Coalition, and is focused on teaching kids about digital safety.
Project Look Sharp is a program from Ithaca College that offers over 500 free K-12 lessons and professional development for educators. Their curriculum is focused on teaching constructivist media decoding; an inquiry-based method that empowers students with the skills to analyze and evaluate messages conveyed by diverse forms of media.
Checkology is a free e-learning platform that offers lessons on media literacy including news media bias, misinformation, conspiratorial thinking and more. Checkology is produced by News Literacy Project (NLP), a U.S.-based nonpartisan nonprofit focused on teaching students the skills they need to become active consumers of the news and informed participants in civic life.
